Vision

Bringing the Word of God to the adult mentally challenged community through specially designed church services using carefully crafted sermon materials, contemporary Christian music for worship services, and fun and fellowship.

Michael and Mianne Haley began Special Church Ministry in 2003 as a new work after 20 years as children's pastors.  Eventually they began to be used in an apostolic calling to help establish, and at times rebuild, children's ministries.

Experiences with their own special needs son and

many years as children's pastors uniquely prepared them for this new ministry God called them to. This underserved population, historically marginalized, is being sought by the Lord.  In that effort to reach all of His creation He is calling Michael and Mianne to this unique new work.
